Sin City is a 2005 American crime film. The original comic book of the same name is a series of neo-noir comics created by American cartoonist Frank Miller. The film is divided into four stories of varying lengths, telling various stories about this sinful city. Because they share the same place and time setting, sometimes you will see characters and events in other stories appearing.
Black and white hard-core painting style, original comic experience.
The movie "Sin City" is really the most successful comic book-adapted live-action movie in history. In terms of graphics, it strikes a balance between comics and live-action movies. Even with full black and white, the scenes do not look unreal. The comics' iconic exaggerated perspective is also well presented. In terms of the plot, the violent aesthetics and erotic hints are not reserved. Inner monologues and narrations are also added to the scenes to match the atmosphere of the plot. It is really rare to see a movie that restores the original work so well.
(By the way, does anyone thinks the gun plugged guy look like Aki47?)
(If you know, you know.)
